New VIP Concierge Services System
Planning ahead can make your Walt Disney World vacation even more magical than expected. Now, after making your room reservation at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, you can use our online VIP Concierge Services system to make your reservations for other things such as dining, transportation, child care and more. Your requests will be confirmed online and you can even print out a schedule of all of your reservations to take with you to the resort. We started with a $75 million room redesign and added $25 million to revitalize lobbies, restaurants, and public space areas. That was just the beginning......

Swan guest rooms have been enhanced with new earth tones and warm hues, including custom draperies and upgraded technology. In addition, each room showcases the artwork of Michael Graves. The latest design reflects a sophisticated decor highlighting Westin's popular Heavenly Bed® which continues to marvel guests with ultimate comfort. The Swan's upgraded guest rooms will soon feature a 32” LCD television, (with HD service!), wireless Internet access and MP3 player connections. Dolphin guest rooms will begin enhancement in 2008.

New State-of-the-Art Revolving Doors at Resort Entrances

Our stylishly redesigned lobbies provide guests with a warm and inviting welcome and, at the completion of our entrance door project, you will experience an immediate and renewed sense of arrival.

These latest upgrades come on the heels of a series of incredible improvements that began three years ago with the addition of the 50,000 sq. ft., pillar-less and multi-use Pacific Hall, guest room redesign, addition of the luxurious Mandara Spa, a renovated fitness center in the Swan featuring the WestinWORKOUT®, and additional enhancements to five of the resort’s twelve restaurant outlets. Most recently, Il Mulino New York Trattoria was introduced bringing it's unrivaled Italian concept and reputation to the resort's signature restaurants.
