Our jogging trails offer more than just a safe place to run. The scenic beauty alone is enough to get your heart pumping! Jog down Disney's BoardWalk, around the Crescent Lake, and take a close-up view of Epcot®.

Stop by the health clubs to pick up a jogging map or click here to print a copy of our map. Before heading out, don't forget these essentials:

  • Warm up and stretch thoroughly before and after exercising
  • Wear comfortable clothing and shoes
  • Drink plenty of water before you head out and during your run

Jogging and similar forms of exercise can lead to serious bodily injury. As with any exercise program, it is strongly recommended that running, cycling and similar forms of exercise be engaged in only after consultation with and under the supervision of a physician.
