Janise Diaz has been with the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin since 2001. When she joined the resort family she brought seven years of Front Office and Guest Service leadership experience with her. Prior to her current role, she held the titles of Housekeeping Manager, Room Service VIP Captain and Catering Hospitality Manager.

Janise’s passion for great customer service and food & beverage led her to her current role, Catering Sales Manager.  Janise is an active member of the Orlando Chapter of NACE (National Association of Catering Executives).
