Renee MacDonald - Catering Sales Manager

Renee MacDonald is a Catering Sales Manager for the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. When she joined the Swan and Dolphin family in the year 2000, she brought with her nine years of hospitality management experience, which made her an integral part of the food and beverage team from the very beginning.  Prior to her current role, she held the title of General Manager of Kimonos and the Lobby Lounges, as well as General Manager for the “Opening Team” of Fresh Mediterranean Market.

Renee is an active member of the Orlando chapter of NACE (National Association of Catering Executives) and serves as the Treasurer on its Board of Directors. In addition, Renee’s love for food and beverage has encouraged her to pursue and earn the prestigious title of Certified Sommelier, issued by The Court of Master Sommeliers. Her greatest passion in her role is helping clients plan and create their events, and then watching them come to life!
