Meet Our Catering Services Team:
Our award-winning catering services team is led by Ed DiAntonio, Director of Catering. DiAntonio also serves as president of the Orlando chapter of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE). DiAntonio is supported by Vanessa Kells, Assistant Director of Catering and Renee MacDonald, Catering Sales Manager and Treasurer for the Orlando chapter of NACE.

Banquet Staff:
The premier banquet staff at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is managed by Kidane Futwi, Director of Banquets, and is comprised of a team of seasoned professionals who have impressive, long-term tenure with the Resort and have developed relationships with our clients which have lasted for years. Our banquet operation conducts an average of 4,200 covers a day and continues to gain acclaim for their impressive work.
