Tom Eicholzer is the Local Social Catering Sales Manager for the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. He joined the team after 22 years of experience with the Walt Disney World Company.
Tom’s hospitality background is very diverse, with experience in Entertainment, Front Office, Full Service Restaurants, Catering & Convention Services and Weddings. Tom successfully obtained his Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification in 2001. He also received his Sommelier Certification from the prestigious Master Court of Sommeliers. Tom has a wonderful ability to connect with his clients and discover their needs on a personal level.
