Vanessa Kells has been a part of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin family since 1989. She has held many roles in various resort departments from Front Office and Accounting to Catering and Convention Services.

Vanessa’s passion for service, as well as food & beverage, led her to focus on Catering. She has been a leader of the Catering Team for the past 8 years and has earned the position of Assistant Director of Catering.  She received her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification in 2005 and is working towards her Certified Sommelier designation.

Vanessa is dedicated to providing impeccable service to all of her groups.  She strives to have  every customer looking forward to their next event at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.
