Health Club FAQ

1. Do you have health club facilities?
Yes. In the Dolphin wing, the Health Club is located on the first floor, west side. It is staffed daily from 6:00a.m. - 9:00p.m. and remains open 24 hours with access available using your guest room key. In the Swan wing, the Health Club is located by the pool area. It is open daily from 6:00a.m. - 9:00p.m. The health clubs offer a variety of the latest workout equipment and services such as:

• Locker Rooms with Showers
• LifeFitness Strength Equipment
• Free-weights
• Stairclimber
• Treadmills
• Life Cycles
• Elliptical Crosstrainers
• Tennis Racquet Rentals

Be sure to check out our 4 lighted tennis courts.

In the Beach and Pool area, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort offers:

• 3-Acre Grotto Pool with Waterfall and Water Slide
• White Sand Beach
• Beach Volleyball
• 2 Lap Pools
• Spring Pool
• Kiddie Pool
• 4 Whirlpools
• Watercraft Rentals
• Ping Pong Tables
• Giant Checkers
• Playground
• Towel service
• Pool-Side Dining
• Basketball Facilities

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort also has jogging/walking trails. Guests can pick up maps at either health club.

2. What is the charge for using the health club?
Use of the Health Club is included in the Resort Service Fee and is available for guests age 16 and older.

3. What types of massages do you offer and how can I make an appointment for a massage?
We are delighted to announce that Mandara Spa is now open at the Walt Disney World Dolphin! If you would like to make a reservation, please call 407-934-4772 or click here to reserve online.

4. Do you allow smoking at the resort?
No. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is a non-smoking resort with smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

If you have a question that was not answered in our Website or on this Reservations FAQ page, please feel free to write us. This feedback form will be routed directly to our reservations department. We try to respond to all inquiries within 72 hours. We hope this on-line feedback feature better serves your travel needs.
