Wagonner first joined the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin as a banquet chef and sous chef at Garden Grove, specializing in traditional American cuisine. Prior to joining the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, Chef Waggoner was a sous chef at the Grand Cypress Golf Resort. She was also the banquet VIP chef at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida; the garde manager at the Marriott San Mateo, California and the lead cook at the Stanford Park, Menlo Park, California. Waggoner’s combined experience in food management, production, preparation and restaurant management has afforded her a broad perspective and molded her into a well-rounded culinary professional.
