At the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, kids are our top priority and we are committed to creating special memories for children and families alike. From the giant statues of swans and dolphins and huge clamshell fountains, to fully supervised nightly activities and a dazzling array of swimming pools and recreational activities, every child’s interest - and parent’s need- is covered.
Camp Dolphin is a special retreat for children, ages four to 12. Open every evening from 5:30pm-12:00am, the fully supervised program features arts, crafts, movies, a video arcade, and even a special dinner program for the kids. Staffed by a team of caring counselors, parents can rest assure that their children are having a great time in a safe and fun environment.
Your child can enjoy two hours of complimentary time at Camp Dolphin while you dine at Shula’s Steak House, Todd English’s bluezoo or Il Mulino New York Trattoria. In addition, we’ll also extend this benefit to parents who purchase a spa service at Mandara Spa. Simply present your receipt as proof of purchase (One child admitted for each adult entrée purchased. One child admitted for each purchase of a spa treatment of 75 minutes or more.)

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is taking birthday parties to the next level with the introduction of Destination Slumber Party packages, a selection of customized sleepovers for celebrants ages seven through 13. The “Straight A Club” recognizes the importance of hard work in school by giving special attention to kids with straight A’s on their report card. By showing a report card with all A’s at check-in, each student receives a “Straight A Club” cap. Kids wearing the cap are entitled to a free cup or cone of ice cream at the hotel’s ice cream parlor. In the restaurants, parents receive a 20% discount off the child’s meal.
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort offers children’s menus in all restaurants except Shula’s Steak House. For a truly magical experience, treat your family to a breakfast or dinner with the Disney characters. Character dining is offered on various days at select restaurants. Check with the resort concierge for up-to-the-minute information.
Upon check-in, all children receive a “Kids Passport.” This special keepsake entitles them to a free ice cream cone or cup at Dolphin Fountain or Splash Terrace after they have collected five stamps from various parts of the hotels, including restaurants, shops and other facilities.
Ideally situated in the Epcot® resort area, the hotel’s recreational facilities are enough to keep most children enthralled for days. There are five swimming pools, including a grotto and white sand beach, water volleyball and other aquatic games, as well as waterfalls and water slides. Kids can also enjoy electric boat rentals, basketball, video games and tennis on four lighted courts. And, the entire family can enjoy 36 holes of miniature golf at Fantasia Gardens, located just footsteps from the Swan lap pool.
