  • Upon availability, the reservation will be made and confirmed
  • At the time of booking a one (1) night’s deposit is due
  • There is a one (1) day cancellation penalty if the reservation(s) is not cancelled five days prior to the guest’s arrival
  • Upon arrival, the teacher must present his/her proof of employment
