Garlic Chicken
1 6 Oz. Boneless,
Skinless Chicken Breast
1½ Fl. Oz. Olive Oil
Basil Oil (to taste)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Lemon Juice (to taste)
1 Oz. Chopped Onion
¼ Oz. Chopped Garlic
1½ Oz. Diced Tomato
4 Oz. Braised Artichoke Bottom “Cuisine Solution”
Flat Chopped Parsley (to taste)
Chopped Rosemary (to taste)
Method
1. Marinate
chicken breast in olive oil, garlic, basil, salt, pepper and lemon
juice.
2. Cook
on the grill leaving distinct grill marks. Keep it warm on the side.
3. In a hot sauté pan, sear chopped onion, garlic and tomato
for a few minutes. Add the artichoke and let it heat up.
4. Arrange it on a plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
5. Slice chicken breast and place it on the top.
